Your dive day will be tailored to your needs, and I'll provide all necessary gear. Most of our dives take place from a boat, allowing access to exclusive spots beyond the reach of typical dive shops, making for a truly unique and adventurous experience.
We'll start our day in Monterey around 8:00 AM, with the adventure wrapping up around 1:00 or 2:00 PM, though times may vary. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided to keep you energized throughout the day.

If you’re drawn to the tranquility and thrill of freediving, join me for an unforgettable day exploring some of the most stunning and hidden dive spots along the Monterey, Carmel, or Big Sur coastlines. With over a decade of experience diving in these waters, I’ve discovered a select few secret locations that remain off the radar of most dive shops. Whether you're interested in spearfishing to catch dinner, capturing underwater moments with your camera, or simply soaking in the serene beauty of the bay, this day is tailored to you.
Most freediving trips are done from a boat, with pick-up in Monterey around 9:00 AM. Enjoy complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments as we explore. We typically return to the dock by 2:00 or 3:00 PM. For shore diving, start times and duration will vary to suit our adventure.

Experience Private SCUBA and Freedive Training
Whether you're looking to become a certified Open Water Diver or Freediver, I offer exclusive, private one-on-one or group sessions tailored to your needs. We go beyond the standard curriculum, ensuring you not only meet all the requirements for certification but also develop the skills necessary to feel safe, confident, and completely in control underwater.
My personalized approach ensures that we move at your pace. Together, we’ll build a solid foundation, and I won’t take you to the ocean for your certification dives until we both feel confident you’re ready. There's no rush — learning to dive is an individual journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Unlike traditional SCUBA courses that often require only one pool session, I provide at minimum two comprehensive sessions to reinforce key skills. This gives you the practice and confidence needed to dive in the open water with ease.
Your journey begins with academics, which you can complete either through interactive digital training or traditional classroom sessions. Both methods are equally effective, and the choice is yours.
SCUBA:
Open Water Diver - $1500 Minimum 4 days + Academics
Advanced Open Water - $1200 Minimum 2 days + Academics
Rescue Diver - $1000 Minimum 3 days + Academics
Specialties - Price varies Time varies depending on specialty
FREEDIVE:
Basic Freediver - $500 Two days + Academics, pool only.
Freediver - $900 Two days + Academics
Spearfishing - $1400/$500 Three days + Academics (two days for certified freedivers)
